For my New Years Eve show, I'm looking to assemble either top 100 stories of year or....maybe top 10 in various categories.

If the Save Act is getting blocked in the Senate why did the house or Senate not attache it to spending bill. Which can not get blocked with filibuster.

The spending part of the bill would be
A. Make Passports free to get
B. Tax Credit for cost related to get passport or birth certificate.
