I spent all night editing and didn't sleep last night. Took a 2 hour nap this morning.

The Verified Petition is done. It includes the motion (legal justification) for the grant of a TRO. That's like 95 percent of the work.

I still need to sort through a lot of unique procedure for an Article 78 filing straight to Appellate Court with TRO application.
