Yesterday, I said I would do a Locals livestream today regarding the viability of Kansas' lawsuit against "Voldemort"/Pfizer for their "Unforgivable curse"/vax.
I thought it was interesting to see how they would try to circumvent Pfizer's immunity that everybody ascribes to their rollout of the vax. I started going through the complaint. It is a 179 page monster that involves prior consent agreements Pfizer signed with Kansas in 2008 and 2014. I have a feeling Kansas found a way to properly attack them, but I need to spend more time digesting it before I can present it to y'all in proper layman language.
So I am pushing this Locals livestream back to tomorrow. I will provide notice of my 8 PM appearance on a different thread shortly.

@goodlawgic @jhschwalbach You see California high speed rail is at it again? Lost their Federal funding so they are trying to fund by dipping into the property taxes of the counties they are building in? The same counties that fought hard to stop the high speed rail from being built but of coarse still lost. These counties are only 7% of the population of california, grow 25% of the nations food, although may be less soon since the train has taken alot of farm land and the state has taken alot of the water rights of the farmers. These counties also have an average of around 18% living at or below poverty level. @jh because I thought I heard he lives in one of these counties as I do as well. These counties also have higher republican voter percentages. It's all very frustrating!
