Jump to 04:40 - An armed aggressive Democrat Rioter refused to comply with his detainment and disarming with violent actions which caused a dog pile and struggle. During the melee an ICE agent attempted to grab the Democrat Rioter's holstered weapon which in the perspective of a second ICE agent appeared to be the actions of the Democrat Rioter. Moments afterwards the Democrat Rioter breaks free of the dog pile and appears from the perspective of the second ICE agent that the Democrat Rioter is about to pull his weapon. The second ICE agent then fires to protect his fellow ICE Agents, himself, and the worthless Democrat Rioters in the vicinity.
