Dekalb County Republican Party has sued Georgia Secretary Of State Brad Raffensperger for FAILING to comply with Georgia election Statutes by allowing Dominion to keep its encryption key unsecure. They allege that this statutory violation is statewide and exposes their machines to easy access for hackers.
The hearing is designed what steps, if any, Raffensperger and the State of Georgia must take to remedy the situation prior to the election.
