Change of Plans on SCOTUS Oral Arguments: Trans Treatment for Minors (US v Skrmetti)
I planned on reviewing oral arguments today but instead of running for an hour as scheduled, it ran roughly 2.5 hours. I plan on reviewing a playback of the arguments over the next few days, but I think there is too much news to do it tonight.
