I planned on reviewing oral arguments today but instead of running for an hour as scheduled, it ran roughly 2.5 hours. I plan on reviewing a playback of the arguments over the next few days, but I think there is too much news to do it tonight.

They are trying to do a gag order and they go to court Monday for the gag order.
