Texas Democrats who have fled to avoid a vote now have a civil arrest warrant for them. Under Article 3 section 13 of the Texas Constitution Ken Paxton can now put forward to have them removed from office by declaring the seats vacant because they refused to attend. Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Chapter 66.
